I’m in a bit of a hurry today so I won’t be able to go into these games in depth but I do like the games I picked. Last week I went 2-1 and this week is a tough week. I didn’t include the Rams or Chiefs this week because I have a strange feeling bout those games. Too bad the Lions are in a bye because that team is a mess. Here we go.
Arizona @ Jets (-1)
ATS: Zona 2-1, Jets 1-2
Home: Jets 0-1, Away: Zona 1-1
Pick: Arizona
I hear the game time conditions call for rain and I think that should favor the Jets but I like Arizona here. They should be able to throw on the Jets like Sand Diego did. Zona is much improved and you know how I feel about the Jets (check the post).
Arizona 24-17
San Diego @ Oakland (+7.5)
ATS: SD 1-1-1, Oakland 2-1
Home: Oakland 0-1, Away: SD 0-1
Pick: San Diego
I know the Raiders covered last week against the Bills and lost on a last second field goal but they were dominated by the Bills. While Buffalo is better this year, they are not the Chargers. Look for Rivers to have a big game. Lane Kiffin should pack his bags before the game because if they lose, he’s gone.
San Diego 30-13
San Francisco @ New Orleans (-4)
ATS: SF 2-1, NO 2-1
Home: NO 1-0, Away: SF 1-0
Pick: Saints
Yes, San Fran is much improved but don’t measure that Lions game on how well they’re doing. New Orleans can rack up yards and points in a hurry. Last year this game was a no-brainer but the 49′ers progress makes this more interesting. I don’t think the Shockey being out makes a difference in this one. San Fran has a good D but look for Brees to pick it apart.
New Orleans 23-17
